“One World. . . One Breath”
On the last Saturday in April, Tai Chi and QiGong enthusiasts will gather in hundreds of cities across 70 countries to breathe. Starting in Australia and New Zealand, at 10 a.m. and moving through all the world time zones, we gather as a group to do Tai Chi/QiGong or remember wherever we are to stop, be mindful and send positive energy throughout the world through conscious breathing.
It is wonderful to be in concert, in sync with like-minded people to celebrate the healthy and healing movements of Tai Chi and QiGong. Even if we are not personally involved with these gentle, flowing movements, we can remember to stop, be mindful of our breath, which moves our energy and sustains our life.
