*#*! Computer

August 5, 2016 By Arlene Faulk

ClipArt of Computer

Over the last couple days, my computer installed updates and then would not shut down, nor go to the home page. For days, my dedicated website designer, Kim, has been trying to find out why pictures I post on my blog appear upside-down or sideways. My printer went off-line for some reason and it took a half hour to get that running again.

Sound familiar? My, my, technology is great when it is working. No wonder tech support specialists are in demand and don’t have to worry about unemployment. Something always seems to breaking down, stopping, There is a glitch here and there and everywhere.

So, friends, be patient with my photo postings. It only seems to be photos taken with my IPhone. We (Kim, I mean) is working on it. And if any of you have had this problem and have found a fix, please let me know! As Kim said to me this morning, “Take a deep breath. Maybe 7. Glad you do Tai Chi.” So, today I find myself taking frequent breaks, for breathing and for calming my energy through Tai Chi moves. It really works. It really clears my head and makes me feel better.

Then I have to return to my computer to work on my projects. And it starts over again. So, I will just remember how grateful I am for my wonderful support, Kim and Bryan who do the techie stuff and help get me through all the glitches. And I am grateful for Tai Chi, my antidote for computer frustrations.
