This Week’s Focus

May 19, 2019 By Arlene Faulk

Right now I want to focus on things that are kind to my nervous system and psyche. Too much chaos, raised voices, we/they attitudes around.

Visualization can be an effective way to go to place of calm, just like a book can take us to worlds far away without leaving our home.

My picks for this week:

pansies
clouds
Faulk Tai Chi
city trees
asparagus
stars
panda lights
beach

Yin/Yang Symbol
Clouds
Pansies
New Leaves
Panda
Stars
Local Asparagus
Atlantic Ocean

What is your focus for the week?

The fuschia buds on flowering trees that will too soon turn to light pink, then be gone.
Vibrant sunsets in the sky that have moved northwest of winter.
Sailboats returning, one by one, to the harbor beyond my east window.
A full moon when it surprises me.
