Memoir Out in February 2022

Very exciting news: Now that the new year has started, the reality of my memoir being published feels real. Because it is!! Official publishing date is 2/22/22. Sounds like an auspicious date, doesn’t it? More details will come soon. Can’t wait until I can reveal the title, then the cover. Stay tuned. . .

Tai Chi makes me feel calm, yet energized. Because of my practice, the small irritants of life affect me less.
