Third Movement: Ward-Off Left
This is an excellent example of Qi being rooted in the feet, moving up through the legs and directed by the waist.
Weight transfers left, then right, holding a light ball of energy. With all weight on right, left leg steps forward; weight shifts 70% to forward leg; waist turns to the front and right heel pivots so toes move forward to 45% angle.
Left arm and hand directly face the chest, as if holding an energy ball. Right hand is by leg, staying energized.
