At the end of a Tai Chi class this week, just after our respectful Tai Chi salute, one of my faithful students slowly came towards me from the back of the room.
“This class is really helping my walking and balance”, he softly said. “My physical therapist uses some of the same movements we do here. That’s really good and I wanted you to know how much I enjoy your class.”
He is 92.
Never too old. . .
