Beginning Tai Chi Class

A Taste of Tai Chi
Join Arlene Faulk for this introductory Tai Chi class. The principles and gentle moves of Tai Chi can be a wonderful coping tool in the midst of uncertainty, stress and fear.
This 6-week online Tai Chi class will meet on Zoom and is open to any fitness level. You do need to be able to stand and walk. Each class includes a series of Qi Gong exercises and step-by-step instruction in a Tai Chi form. Sign up now!
